Centum is an Irish-based Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering company with offices based across Ireland, The U.K and Europe.

• General construction operations of Groundworks & Labouring, and general operations as required 
• Maintaining all the tools and equipment are clean and in good repair.
• Lifting heavy loads and moving onsite to area where required.
• Carrying out jobs as instructed by the site foreman, quickly and effectively.

GW Ground works is a family run business that established in 2017 specialising in domestic & commercial paving and groundwork services, driveways, patios, tarmac, gravel, fencing, foundations and drainage, they also provide gardening services, within the City of Derry – Londonderry and throughout Northern Ireland. During my employment I have gained new skills and would be proficient in many aspects of the trade.
• Setting up and cleaning tasks at the job site, leaving the area clean for the customer.

Food Foyle Food group are a family-owned business with over 40 years of expertise in beef supply chain and processing. With 5 premises and 1350 employees making them one of the largest meats processors in the UK. I had started off as a packer withing the company and was then moved up to the cutting section within a few months.
My duties would include
• Inspection of meat, to ensure this is at the required standard.
• Ensuring the cuttings are within the correct weight requirements.
• Boning on meat.
• Sharpening of knives in workstation daily.
• Packing of meat products and preparing for loading bay.
• Adhere too and always uphold strict health and safety guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments onto pallets.
• Cleaning of workstation daily, this includes cutting equipment, machinery, floor and disposing correctly of PPE.
