Experienced molecular research with 8+ years working with diseases diagnostic for epidemiology studies. Experienced in molecular characterisation and gene expression analysis to understand potential biological markers using omics tools, statistical and geospatial data. Skilled in teaching laboratory techniques and adept at translating project concepts from paper to laboratory execution.  

 In my previous role as a postdoctoral researcher in Molecular Biology, I facilitated effective communications as the primary contact point for investigator sites, sponsors, and project teams. I ensured different on-going projects studies were conducted in compliance with protocols. I have expertise in qPCR, PCR, confocal microscopy, single-nuclei library work-flow with NGS library preparation (10x platform) , and I have been learning to analyse the huge data from my last collaboration (Illumina data). Also, I have experience with cellular culture workflow, co-supervision of scientific undergraduate, master and PhD students. 

My technical skills include RNA and DNA extraction, purification, and assays, mammalian cell culture workflows, and proficiency in ELISA assays, RNAScope, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry. Additionally, I have expertise in transfection protocols, fluorescent and confocal microscopy, and maintaining laboratory organisation and inventory. I am adept at identifying and communicating potential project risks, providing site training if needed, ensuring compliance with protocols and SOPs, and preparing for interim or database lock. My strong organisational and analytical skills, combined with my ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Regarding the data analysis, I experienced in statistical analysis using PRISMA, RStudio, Colab for behaviour and biological researches. I also have experience with google analytics and plot presentations, mapping, transcriptome and genomics data.
