I am an enthusiastic, self-aware, and initiative highly efficient professional who is client focused. I am a strong-willed individual who has developed unique skillsets with my combination of a law degree and MBA which has engraved ethical leadership traits. I am ambitious and determined to learn in order to achieve which makes me an ideal candidate for any role. I am self-motivated that l am able to stimulate others which means l can work independently in a fast-paced environment meeting strict deadlines, completing tasks in a high- standard quality. As a team player l am able collaborate and co-create whilst leading from behind as a servant leader as part of a team. I am a hardworking, dedicated individual who is eager to impress and succeed with a Law degree classification of upper 2 from the University of Northampton and on course to have a Distinction in my MBA. I have developed a strong work ethic, analytical problem solving, excellent communication skills, a good command of client care, and research skills. I have good knowledge of employment law and well verse with the Equality Act 2010. From the MBA I have developed a wide range of skillsets and l also bring Prince 2 qualification, and Chartered Institute of Management Level 7. As a Charter Institute of Management accredited Level 7 l will bring update ethical leadership skills, lean production management, Kaizen, and  operational strategic management ideal for project management and any management role as prescribed. I am familiar with management data analysis using SPSS, Tableau and NVivo software. As a Prince 2 practitioner I am familiar with project management and development and management of large projects to the highest quality.

I worked as a kitchen team leader  in Village Green Pub in Birmingham from July 2014, under the Spirit Group brand, however when the company merger with Greene King, l was moved to the Raven Pub as acting kitchen manager, however, the pub was eventually sold in 2016. From 2016, l has  maintained a zero-hour contract with  Walter Tull Pub in Northampton also under the banner brand of Greene King and only worked during university holidays and working as a chef, l left the company  in May 2020 as l had to focus on my studies. 

• Monitoring food products in line with health and safety requirements, ensuring that it is stored at the right temperature and filling in daily production forms.
• Keeping the butchery in a clean condition in, line with requirement of Environmental health laws.
• Handling customers comments and complaints.
• Ordering the right level of stock, operating the till, taking cash and card payments, and giving out change and receipts.
• Working quick and efficiently to maximises sales, liaising with suppliers to order stock and taking stock and replenishing stock.
• Storing products correctly to minimise waste, maintaining consistently high standard of food safety in line with regulations.
