About Terri Johanne Marsh:

I have taken a significant break from work due to a health condition, with my last position ending in September 2023. I am eager to re-join the workforce as my management of this has improved significantly.

My experience in retail ranges from sales assistant to manager, allowing me to gain comprehensive skills in sales, staff management, and data analysis. Within these roles, I have had responsibility in hiring new members of staff as the season changes. My experience in these roles makes me comfortable with a wide range of customers and their varying needs. I take the initiative in my work while valuing the importance of building relationships with colleagues.

My experience within the spa involved my petitioning for a new role in the department, creating a business plan, KPI's and evidencing the need for the position. This provided me with skills in recruitment and matching the right person for the role.

I excel in people-facing roles, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded. My approachable demeanour helps put people at ease and build a rapport. I believe this is essential for the recruitment consultant role, in getting to know clients needs and wants fully.

While I lack direct experience in this environment, my resourcefulness, ambition, and commitment will assist me throughout the learning process. I am professional, detail-oriented, and policy-driven, and I aim to be an asset to your team. Despite my disability, I believe I can exceed your expectations as a candidate.
