Good morning everyone, my name is Terry and I am a human resources recruiter. Building relationships with hiring managers: Hiring managers are key stakeholders in the recruitment process. Building strong relationships with them is critical to understanding their needs and developing effective recruitment strategies. As a recruiter, I work closely with hiring managers to ensure that we are aligned and that we are working towards the same goals.

Focusing on candidate experience: Recruitment is not just about filling positions, but it is also about building relationships with candidates. A positive candidate experience can improve the company's reputation and attract top talent. Therefore, I am always focused on providing a positive candidate experience and ensuring that candidates feel valued throughout the recruitment process.

Continuous improvement: Finally, I am always looking for ways to improve the recruitment process. This includes analyzing data, soliciting feedback from hiring managers and candidates, and exploring new technologies and strategies. I believe that continuous improvement is essential to stay ahead of the competition and to achieve better results.
