Holder of a Masters Degree in Development Studies; Expert Trainer, Mentor and Coach of the Solution Focused Approach; Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights Advocate and Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) and African Changemakers Alumni. Possesses over a decade's worth of regional experience working in Eastern and Southern Africa on education, health and community development issues. A firm believer in investing in young people's potentials as one of the pathways to sustainable development. Contributed a chapter to the Book Creative Solution Building - Solution Focused Brief Therapy Across Southern Africa and Best Practice Reader on the Solution Focused Approach- terre des hommes schweiz. An advocate and role model for gender sensitive and inclusive spaces and loves referencing: engendered men are not endangered and men of quality are not afraid of equality! Currently Country Director For The Foundation For Tomorrow based in Arusha, Tanzania and utilizing social and technical skills including life experience to provide education opportunities to most vulnerable and orphaned children as a vehicle to address vulnerability and poverty including promoting quality, inclusive education and life long learning.
