As an experienced and accomplished manager I believe I make an good candidate for your venue and I can be a great asset for your business.
I am highly competent and knowledgeable in personnel and business management, possessing robust experience in leading teams to collectively achieve targets. I have exposure to all processes involved within this, including performance management and an inspiring leadership style while keeping tbe work environment healthy ,sharp and fun.
As my CV will show I have enjoyed an extensive and progressive career in hospitality sector. I was employed with Sohohouse ( sohofarmhouse) as a Senior Ops Manager, a role I enjoyed for 5-years. My track record over this period was impressive, notably and consistently meeting guest expectations, developing a number of staff and being recognised as a brand advocate. I played a key role in managing day to day operations, driving sales and completing a range of financial administration tasks. I took great pride in employing an engaging leadership style to motivate staff and in identifying opportunities to improve standards,either organisng menus or arranging huge parties for my guets , that job made popular from the cotswolds till London where my name become symbol of quality.
Spent some time as Agm in two of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in London ( Hendon street kitchen and Lucky Cat) and GM ( nearly 2y ) in a local pub in the cotswolds that i made really popular while assisting a prominent person in the cotswolds setting up a new private members club ( she can be your main competitor ,but I know her ways of operate)
In addition to the skills, experience and track record aforementioned I am educated to MSc level, multilingual in 4 languages and offer previous employment as a Bar manager and Personal Assistant .
