After achieving my Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Huaqiao University, I fulfilled this dream by receiving an offer from the Uni of Leeds for a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. Upon finishing the programme in the winter of 2021, I have harnessed the Associate CIPD qualification alongside. 

After graduation, I was fortunate enough to secure a position as an intern in the Human Resource department at ICBC Standard Bank, allowing me to gain first insights into the HR function in the Finance industry. I worked in a fast-paced environment and honed the essential transferable skills as an HR.

Following ICBCS, I worked as a Human Resource Onboarding Assistant at Bank of America. I took the responsibility of taking care of 8% of all the EMEA candidate cases and was the prime point of contact for all the East Asian candidate cases. I highlighted red flags and provided detailed notes for the adjudication meetings. I communicated with candidates directly to acquire screening information and coordinated with the vendor regarding the outstanding items. In between vendor switching, I carried out the investigation for all the subjects by myself. My responsibility at Bank of America has significantly enhanced my interpersonal skills and heightened my attention to detail. 

To date, my experience as a Human Resources professional has been extremely rewarding and productive. I believe in a robust and progressive society, which can only be achieved if people have the chance to discover their full potential.
