I'm 57 years old, I've spent 5 years in the Royal Navy, 3 years as an electrician, and the last 30 years as a prison officer. I've run departments, managed staff, rerolled areas and staff, reprofiled uniformed operational staff in the whole prison a number of times. Re organised all areas containing tools to conform to security requirements, accountability requirements, and inventors for all areas. Finally ensuring audit compliance.
