Role Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and lead engineering aspects of fleet maintenance and smooth running of the workshop
•  Manage maintenance teams and resources at depot and outstation 
• Ensure effective scheduling, planning, forecasting and best practices to pursue continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to teams and delivery plans that foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement 
• Lead investigations and manage data sources for accuracy and quality for trending and benchmarking to support performance improvement 
• Perform smooth introduction of the new 720 Aventra Fleet, manage refurbishment and decommissioning of legacy fleet 
• Ensure effective performance, compliance to standards; develop and implement maintenance methods 
• Control site access and observe safety compliance in accordance with the Health and Safety Executive
