After an eight-year career working in various analytical and strategic roles with E.ON Energy UK, in 2021, I decided to change my career path and returned to University to study for my BSc in Ecology and Conservation. Now that I've graduated, I want to follow my passion for preserving, repairing, and improving the natural world. I have a good breadth and depth of skills in wildlife conservation, ecology, ecological consultancy, and environmental science, as well as my analytical, and change delivery skills from my previous corporate roles. Now, I’m looking for the right position and employer to allow me implement and further develop my existing skillsets.

• Worked in between academic years to gain professional insight to supplement my academic education.
• Worked unsociable hours often in remote, rural locations, always maintaining professionalism and dependability.
• Undertook dusk and dawn surveys to record protected bat species´ roosts which could be at risk from redevelopment.
• Used specialist equipment such as infrared cameras and sonic bat detectors as well as identification skills to log the presence of bat species in trees, buildings, and other roost sites.

Used bird and mammal identification skills to review and catalogue 100+ hours of camera trap footage to record the presence or absence of protected species in areas earmarked for development.

• Worked in the residential retail energy sector forecasting, analysing, mitigating, and reporting on the delivery of top-down and bottom-up change for a multinational network of contact centres. 
• Wrote customer communications for tens of thousands of residential energy customers to help explain and lessen the impacts of changes to their products, prices and services.
• Carried out forecasting and capacity planning so that staffing levels matched with demand.
