I am a graduate in Business Information Technology with knowledge in using accounting packages, Microsoft applications and various other software, I can adapt to any environment as and when required. I will be bringing a lot that will benefit any organisation and contribute to attaining your feature goals. I am ready to learn new skills. I have vast array of skills which are transferable to different type of work environment.
I am a team player who is able to assist and work effectively to meet the team goal. For example; I have assisted the department in organising career days within the organisation for staff which had lots of staff turn out and praises of the event.
I am passionate about helping people and have recently completed a Level3 Diploma in Adult Care Training course.
Experience
- Coordinated staff training enrolment programs and course payments.
- Liaised with external institutions to manage sponsorship and bursary repayment plans.
- Supervised logistical planning for staff training sessions and events
- Reconcile figures held by Finance with department books to determine yearend analyses and to avoid payments to direct callers.
- Supporting colleagues across departments with procurement issues on Financial systems such as eProcurement, purchase invoice manager (PIM)for quick access.
- I have accounting and finance insights and experience in putting together educational training schedules for facilitators. I would like to assist your organisation with my achievements to deliver and meet your goals.
- I prepare corporate appeal papers, schedules and sending out invites to appellants and management involved with minimal supervision.
- Working under pressure within two financial year, I have successfully assisted in the roll out of two phase training on Tackling Discrimination and Promoting Inclusivity, with very high staff attendance delivered by external stakeholders.
