I am a results-driven experienced leader having worked in a range of settings specialising in learning and development, with over 32 years’ experience, focusing the last 23 years on leadership and talent management. Have led key strategic initiatives that have been centred on the power of people in organisations. Have been committed to achieving in large scale projects, by recognising talent and engaging colleagues. Experienced in working in multicultural settings, working with senior leaders to build staff competency aligning behaviours and values in order to achieve success. Financial Management:

  • Part of the management team who exceeded £1B turnover target for EMEA 
  • Mentor business leaders towards success, whilst leading multiple high value projects

Performance Improvement:

  • Designed a custom built LMS and implemented across EMEA to over 1300 employees
  • Implemented an e-learning platform for compliance-based training with 98% adaption rate across EMEA

Operational Management:

  • Worked with project teams to introduce a new operating processes across 28 countries in EMEA 
  • Rolled out new software “Associate, CRM, LMS - iLearn and LDTM” to our EMEA Team of 1300 users and shared best practices with our North American and Asian Team 
  • During the pandemic, managed the transition from instructor led programs to computer based learning, ranging from on boarding, management and soft skills programs through our e-learning platform and Articulate 360.
  • Designed of our internal L&D SharePoint and Wellbeing Hub
  • Worked with our Human Resources team on talent management strategies, innovation of new ideas and rebranding.

Leadership:

  • Identified training needs to improve employee performance, change workplace behaviour and strengthen skill sets across EMEA.
  • Formed the learning and development department for EMEA region, on behalf of the third largest electronic component distributor worldwide, with 169 locations in 44 countries
