Tracy jane Macmaster

My name is Tracy I worked in poundland for 7 months. I love working with customers and selling thing good at upwelling stuff to. I like to make customers feel special then they go out smiling after a good service I have provided and they will tell others. I have also been a carer for my mother who passed away. 

I have worked on tills, upselling products, cleaning and tidying up the shop floor at the end of the night. My main duties were working in the clothing department in poundland so folding clothing and facing up.

I have studied 2 and a half years of travel and tourism at level 5 and 6 and a we bit of hnc.
