I have worked in domiciliary health and social care for 12 years and have worked hard to achieve my NVQ 5 in management and leadership in social health care, I have worked with many individuals with mental health issues and dementia in the community visiting their homes and helping them to access the community and the many institutions that can help them to achieve their goals.   I am compassionate and caring with a good professional outlook in my work environment
