Tyler Moran-Healy

I would like to class myself as being ambitious in anything I am approaching in life and like to have a positive outlook on different things in life whether that is personal strengths to develop i.e. in the gym or work relative topics like advancing myself in more programs to ensure a firm understanding of how it operates and functions to excel the overall outcome I can give.

I am qualified in Product Design, which I graduated Bachelor Honors Degree in 2021 at Sheffield Hallam University.

Howden House- Sheffield City Council (2015-2015)- This was as part of my Work Experience curriculum during my Secondary School phase at Hinde House. 

- Processing and organising cases into databases.

- Dealing with admin based tasks around Sheffield which involved the council.

Worked within Retail Sector (2016-2021)

Ted Baker & Footasylum- Which at the time I took on both roles as both were part-time roles which fit around my schedule during my time at All Saints Sixth Form.

Both were different genres of Clientele however I soon made myself adaptable to both type of customers which I had to help whether it was queries of stock levels to processing transactions on till to interacting with customers to make them feel welcome. These two jobs both help additionally add to my communication and interaction skills which I am grateful for as these are skills I will take on with me throughout my career.

Urban Outfitters (2017-2021)- The style and theme of UO makes it so unique in a sense of its fashion and the way the building layout are throughout all stores. Working here has also additionally and mostly helped develop numerous skills which will come in use in my career ahead of me. Again, I was a store assistant so the role included handling customers queries and concerns, managing fitting rooms to ensure an efficient and monitored handling of stock, serving customers of tills, maintaining stock on shop floor by replenishing units which were running low in stock in select sizes and further stock checks of back of house to again ensure efficiency in stock handling.

Sherwin Williams- Technical Advisor (2021-2023)- Gave me a huge insight into the world of DIY consumers. Gained a lot of skills and knowledge in my time like teamwork skills and strategies to further help get through cases and phonecalls with Sherwin from dealing with frontline consumers of B&Q’s via calls or email. to developing overall userful admin skills I can take forward.

Sheffield Hallam University- Product Design BA Honors. 

I really loved my time at University as it allowed me to access and real insight into real industry practices and programs which I will keep with me forever moving forward in my design career. To which I graduated in 2021.

My final years(2020-21) at University proved challenging as you can appreciate due to the Pandemic and put a lot of obstacles in the way like pursuing a Placement which was extremely hard and disheartening as understandably people were unable to fulfil a work experience placement as most work was undergoing most work roles from home. If you can consider me a prospect for this role even with the lack of experience would be amazing.
