Transition from a legal background into education while also travelling in China, sparked my curiosity in mental health. This led me to start my own podcast which reached the Top 200 in the UK in Mental Health and made it to the Top 25% most shared globally in 2022.

I organised and hosted mens events in Beijing to provide a safe space for men to openly discuss and network. Embarking on a journey to become a life coach has been incredibly satisfying, while working towards my certification with ICF, I have decided to focus on partnering with my clients with conquer their limiting beliefs to facilitate them reaching the next level in their life!Transition from a legal background into education while also travelling in China, sparked my curiosity in mental health.
