About Valentina Formisano:

I have two years of experience as Bar and Restaurant Manager and more than 15 years in hospitality with a focus in restaurant dining, bartendering and mixology. 

This helped me improve my customer service, team working, organisational and problem solving skills which enabled me to exceed guests expectations gifting them with a memorable experience.

In addition to my background, I have good knowledge of food safety and health regulations and I'm well-versed in the use of different operation systems. I'm customer-focused with working knowledge of maximise sales and able to make quick and efficient decisions while assigning responsibilities and duties.

Course in “Mixology and Home Made production”: Advanced Bartender skills and Bartending technical knowledge.
