Experience
I have a few months experience in Property inventory where I support the Landlord in administration ,conduct regular physical inventory counts of property including furniture, appliances and equipment. I've maintained accurate and up-to-date records of the property and assist with property inspections and communicating any issues or concerns to the Landlord. I used paper-based forms, where I filled details checklists and make handwritten notes on the condition and contents of the property. Also I've also taken photographs and videos of the property condition and content.
Furthermore, my working experience has equipped me with a vast array of competencies that will be advantageous for this position including: interpersonal communication, planning, organisation, problem-solving, customer service, time management and strong administrative skills. I Pay attention to details and I do have experience with important document handling. I am optimistic that these attributes and my aptitude for learning quickly and adjusting to an ever-changing environment will make me an ideal candidate for this position. Also I am completely flexible regarding my availability including weekdays and weekends. In addition, I am a team player with high moral standards and integrity.
