Vanessa Suen

Vanessa is a UXUI design professional with over 6 years of experience in the design industry. Graduated in MSc Digital Design & Branding, with distinction, specialised in UXUI design. Dedicated to creating engaging user experiences across different platforms.​

With attention to detail and a strategic approach, Vanessa has successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to boost brand presence and drive impactful outcomes for businesses. 

Most recently as a Lead UXUI Designer at Candy Marketing, where she led a team of designers and worked closely with development teams and stakeholders to create innovative design solutions for websites and web applications. Her responsibilities included conducting user research, developing user personas, creating sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma, and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency. She also managed project priorities and resources effectively to meet deadlines. 

Previously, at ETT Industries as a UXUI/ Digital Designer, Vanessa showcased her ability to understand B2C customer behaviours through market research and competitor analysis, while at Avenue 51, she developed sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes for eCommerce platforms and mobile applications. Her early career includes roles as a Graphic Designer, where she developed graphic and visual elements for various marketing campaigns.

Vanessa Suen holds a MSc in Digital Design & Branding from Brunel University London, where she graduated with distinction, specialised in UXUI Design. 

Prior to her master's, she earned a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of Brighton, which laid the foundation for her design expertise.
