  • Worked on the DANA+ Project, funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).
  • Provided guidance for the implementation of equality measures in the management of businesses and public administrations in Spain.
  • Managed and developed online training to promote gender equality policies for various organizations.
  • Actively collaborated with the Equality and Employment Observatory, developing awareness campaigns related to workplace equality and data dashboard to visualize statistics on gender gaps.
  • Achieved a partnership with Twitter to launch a campaign addressing the Gender Pay Gap and obtained Twitter verification for the Fundación Mujeres profile.

  • Collaborated in the design of gender-focused evaluation strategies for programs co-funded by the European Structural and Investment Funds (2014-2020) including training activities.
