About Victoria Webber:

I am currently a freelance Health and Wellbeing Advisor working for the Mid Sussex Wellbeing team. I deliver a weekly ‘Weight off Workshop’ initiative to people wishing to lose weight and learn behavioural techniques to help them live a more sustainable, healthier lifestyle. I also work closely with Mid Sussex businesses, delivering Health and Wellbeing MOTs to employees to enhance their health and wellbeing in the workplace, with the aim to promote a happier and healthier working environment which feeds into a more productive and therefore successful business.

I also have a background in supporting vulnerable children, working as a Practitioner for a local children's charity. Furthermore, I worked 121 with a vulnerable child for three years in a school setting, helping him access education.

I thrive in an environment where I am helping others to reach their potential and am extremely passionate about supporting people through their struggles so they can be the best version of themselves.
