Vikki Friswell

im 19 years old and looking to find a job or apprenticeship, I love working in teams and alongside other professionals I have skills with tech, such as receptionist positions, till skills such as working in a shop or behind a bar, I have good experience with speaking professionally and also working well and consistently such as multitasking whilst answering phone calls, speaking to people answering their questions or raising their concerns and also being a quick learner who is able to handle stress and being overwhelmed with work or other responsibilities. I am a hard worker and also a nice person to get on with as I am easy to talk to and will make time to sort an issue or help someone with something, I am outgoing so I am funny but also I know when to stop that and how to stay professional. I’d like to say people think I’m pleasant and hardworking. I am good at being faced with a serious issue such as face to face or over the phone and also good with being able to communicate effectively. 

I have recently left sixthform and passed my A levels. I am pretty new to the world of work but I have worked behind a toll and on the shop floor, working alongside others and the general  public handling their concerns & answering their questions. I have experience in childcare as I worked in a classroom for a short while bascally being their TA.
