I am an experienced Project professional currently looking for my next assignment and challenge where I can look to add value and deliver projects. I have experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery having worked across various industries implementing where I have shown that I am able to adapt and succeed in fast paced environments and thrive upon new challenges.

 Focusing on structure, from statements of work to presenting kick off with details of scope and setting clear delivery targets and clearly defining a definition of done for all requirements. 
 Providing a clear communication strategy for transparent communication between client and the internal team 
 Building a working environment where the team works together in line with the business model for project success. 
 Increasing business revenue through active supplier relationship management for new and existing clients.  
 Planning and leading training for management and staff who deal with clients and projects. Presenting effective methods on tracking, such as RAID logs, how to communicate, managing expectations and delivering with value.

 Leading the project management, resourcing and planning of multiple client projects by developing detailed plans and developing the project structure to meet the requirements of the business and client whist adhering to a strict project governance framework 
 Introduced the idea of a Kanban board for projects in pipeline to help manage demand and resourcing 
 Running key Project meetings/ceremonies for delivery teams such as project kick off workshops, requirement gathering sessions, daily stand ups, show and tell sessions & retrospectives 
 Tracking timelines and communicating progression of project milestones through the use of MS Project

 Working as the Junior Project Manager for the development of a new back office tool which was to be rolled out company wide. This tool was a scalable, flexible and modular solution that offers a set of tools and applications to bring value and help the user to manage players throughout their online journey. 
 Managed third party suppliers such as FIS, Version 1, Business Data Partners and Cognizant in the delivery of various projects 
 Co-ordination of Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, story point refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives and daily stand ups
