  • Equipped staff from PD, sourcing, merchandise, QA, to drive implementation of SBTi through goals, simple processes and roadmaps, and data driven KPIs and reporting.
  • Implemented packaging material usage dashboard and slashed plastic packaging by 40% across all HG ranges.
