Experience in assays:

• PCR - Molecular sub-cloning of GFP and expression of the spectral variant EGFP using site-directed mutagenesis. Followed by the use of EGFP as a protein localisation tag.
• Quantitatively analysed cell cultures using Image J/FIJI software to categorise and count cells (green, red, yellow, non-fluorescent) across diverse experimental conditions. Compiled results into Excel for statistical analysis and created data visualizations, including error-barred bar charts, to evaluate cell cycle variations in varying growth conditions.
• Performed experimental analysis of HABA binding with 4 μM avidin, generating A500 absorbance plots against varying HABA concentrations (0-0.45 μM).
