• Now working for the corporate side of the business I learnt more about HH and NHH meters and I was able to identify usage in terms of KWH, UNITS, consumption, capacity charges, MOP charges, KVA charges etc.

• Working with warm leads by contacting businesses via email and over the phone.

• Emailing suppliers direct to win them the customer and negotiate the best price for the customer depending on usage.

• Reengaging customers who call in through our partners just to shop and giving them the company benefits and why they should use us as a broker.

• I had to always be honest to customers and give them the best advice.
