I am originally from Costa Rica and now with my husband in England. I am a motivated, hardworking and a punctual individual. I am happy working in a team or independently. Proactive, energetic, honest, and keen to learn new skills. 

As a Lettings Negotiator at Humphrey & Brand since March 2022 I have excelled in building strong landlord relationships, skilfully negotiating rental terms, drafting clear tenancy contracts, and managing the administrative aspects of letting. 

In my role as a Purchase Ledger at Ely's Wimbledon from October 2020 to March 2022, I authorized supplier payments, updated internal records, and handled communication with internal teams and suppliers, including resolving purchase ledger queries. 

As a Brand Manager at Ely's Wimbledon from August 2019 to October 2020, I effectively managed a small team, achieved sales targets, and displayed proficiency in IT systems and Excel while optimizing product displays for increased sales.

I studied English at university in Costa Rica. I also passed all my high school qualifications (including Maths, History, Geography and Sciences), which according to the Department for Education are equivalent to UK GCSE's.
