In my current position as a Site Security Supervisor with Proforce Security Service, I:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring resident safety and compliance with Home Office standards.

Support vulnerable individuals and respond to welfare and safeguarding concerns.

Liaise effectively with support teams, emergency services, and residents from diverse backgrounds.

Maintain accurate records for compliance and audit purposes.

Additionally, I would like to highlight the following points, which I believe make me a strong candidate for this role:

Hands-on experience: I have been working directly with service users at Mears accommodation sites for over four years, and I am fully familiar with the practical and emotional needs involved at various stages of the asylum process.

Multilingual ability: I speak multiple languages, which enables me to support both communication and translation—something I currently do informally on-site. If assigned to this position, I would be able to provide this support formally, reducing reliance on external translators and contributing to cost savings for Mears.

Academic qualifications: I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources, along with additional training in innovation and project management.

One point I would like to mention openly is that I do not currently hold a driving licence. However, if there is the possibility of being based at a fixed site in Leeds or working remotely where appropriate, I am confident that I can contribute immediately and become a valuable asset to your team.
