My professional experience spans across various roles and industries, showcasing a diverse skill set and a passion for HR and organisational development. As a Management Associate at China Development Financial, I spearheaded Agile culture movements, promoted AI and digital transformation initiatives, and provided hands-on HR support. At Volkswagen Financial Services Taiwan, I managed HR processes, facilitated recruitment and onboarding, and supported global mobility initiatives. Additionally, I have experience in business development, process improvement, and academia, further enhancing my skills in leadership, communication, and project management. My academic background in Business Psychology and International Business has equipped me with a solid foundation to drive transformative change and innovation within organisations.

My education includes a Msc in Business Psychology from Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, where I conducted research to enhance employee empowerment and well-being. During this time, I developed and executed tailored selection solutions to streamline recruitment processes.
