As a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) consultant, I provide strategic advice and support to clients engaged in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactions. I worked closely with clients to understand their business objectives and identify potential target companies or investment opportunities aligning with them.

My responsibilities may include conducting due diligence on potential targets, analysing financial statements and other data to evaluate a transaction's potential risks and benefits, and providing guidance on deal structure, negotiation, and post-transaction integration. I help clients identify and manage the transaction's regulatory or environmental risks.

In addition to working with clients, I also collaborate with other team members, such as legal and financial advisors, to ensure that all aspects of the transaction are properly considered and addressed. As a consultant, I stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in M&A and use my expertise to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Sustainability Consultant | ERM | May 2022 – Present 

• Conducted commercial analysis of net zero opportunities and ESG policy review for various clients, including FTSE 100 and portfolio companies of private equity firms. Part of developing new sustainability-focused risk management mitigation solutions pre/post acquisition through developing a screening tool for Private Equity clients. Assisted in consulting engagements by directing and compiling inputs across various workstreams of Due Diligence, ESG and Sustainable Finance projects,  which were tailored on a project-by-project basis.
