About Zoe Bottomley:

I am passionate about working and thoroughly enjoy working in busy environments. I have two years experience working in offices carrying out Secretarial and Administration work; in one of the roles I was working in accounts and logging the companies' finances. I also most recently have experience working in a forward facing role and enjoyed this very much, I did so in a face to face setting as well as over the phone. 

 

In my spare time I enjoy visiting museums and listening to music. I have volunteered in a homeless cafe and thoroughly enjoy helping other people. I am a dedicated and efficient worker and am exceptionally keen on beginning employment again.

Experience

I have experience working as a secretary in a legal setting. I also have experience working in accounts and in a medical setting speaking to patients face to face and on the telephone. I have used a few different systems to do so and am proficient in IT.

Education

I have grade Cs in Maths, Science and English for GCSE. I earned a grade B in IT. I also have grade Cs in History and Sociology grade A Level. I furthermore have a 2.1 undergraduate degree in Social Anthropology.
