Description
Project Coordinator required to join a manufacturer and installer of construction products, including architectural glazing and canopies.

The company are based in the Warrington area and are well established and have continued to grow and develop, thereforehave a requirement for a Project Coordinator to join the existing team.


The successful Project Coordinator will work from the main office, with travel to site as required, and manage projects from sale through to installation / delivery, ensuring that the project planning activities are completed in a timely and efficient mannerin order to meet customer and business demands.


It is envisaged that the Project Coordinator will have relevant construction experience, be well versed in the use of Microsoft Office packages & Sage and have a basic knowledge of CAD Software.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and experiencein a customer-facing role will also be important.


Project CoordinatorPosition Overview

  • Manage construction projects from sale through to dispatch.
  • Individual project ownership (for anything up to £500k of construction projects)
  • Attending site as required to carry out site meetings and ensure steady progress.
  • Coordinating with suppliers for project based materials.
  • Working with the Manufacturing Coordinators regarding production schedules.
  • Liaising with the Design and Technical team for drawings and technical paperwork
  • Liaising with Sales to extract project information and coordinate pricing variations
  • Creating and booking purchase orders using Sage

Project CoordinatorPosition Requirements

  • Construction industry experience
  • Customer service and admin experience
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages, Sage & CAD Software
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Project CoordinatorPosition Remuneration

  • Salary £25,000 £30,000 (dependant on experience)
  • 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays
