The candidate should possess a strong background in handling high-value commercial property disputes. They are expected to have at least 5 years post-qualification experience in property litigation, preferably in a specialised environment rather than general litigation. The candidate will be eager to advance their career within one of the top ranked firms in the county, demonstrating a willingness and ability to supervise and mentor junior colleagues.
