Attentive is looking for an HR Manager to support our growing London office.

This role will act as a champion by providing guidance, building culture, and being a dedicated partner for our UK team.

Our London team works together in the office twice a week. You will drive impact through coaching senior leadership, managing performance, building strong relationships, and leading new initiatives. Provide coaching and consultative support to employees & managers in the UK office
Proactively support and deliver People programs in the areas of employee relations, training & development, performance management, disciplinary actions, onboarding/offboarding, and change management
Be a key player in building healthy morale and culture in UK office
Be forward thinking and creative to drive business outcomes and enable our team to be their best
Identify areas of opportunity and build and deliver solutions autonomously to build a better employee experience in the London office
6-10 years of HR Manager experience, preferably with 2-4 within a global or high growth environment
