KPI Care are recruiting for an experienced Registered Home Manager to join a wonderful residential care home based in Whitley Bay on a permanent basis.
Your responsibilities as a Registered Home Manager will include:
You will be responsible for leading a wonderful care home which provides general nursing, residential, dementia, respite, and palliative care. You will be fully supported by the Deputy Manager and your team to promote dignity, respect, and independence to all residents. You will use effective and efficient communication when working with residents and your team, using an empathetic and compassionate approach on a day-to-day basis.
