PERSONAL ASSISTANT
This is an exciting opportunity to join a private investment partnership as a Personal Assistant


PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:


  • Undertaking diary management for a busy analyst
  • Arranging company calls
  • Arranging expert calls
  • Answering incoming calls and taking messages
  • Being responsible for organising meetings and catering requirements for the analyst and wider team
  • Maintaining analyst conference calendar
  • Organising research packs for analyst
  • Arranging quarterly Board Meetings
  • Liaising with Board of Directors for their travel arrangements for the BM's
  • Ad hoc projects for the wider team
  • Processing of corporate access invoices and expense claims
  • Filing and general administration duties

PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:


  • 23 years PA experience, ideally within financial services Sending out offer and contract confirmation
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
