PERSONAL ASSISTANT
This is an exciting opportunity to join a private investment partnership as a Personal Assistant
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Undertaking diary management for a busy analyst
- Arranging company calls
- Arranging expert calls
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages
- Being responsible for organising meetings and catering requirements for the analyst and wider team
- Maintaining analyst conference calendar
- Organising research packs for analyst
- Arranging quarterly Board Meetings
- Liaising with Board of Directors for their travel arrangements for the BM's
- Ad hoc projects for the wider team
- Processing of corporate access invoices and expense claims
- Filing and general administration duties
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
- 23 years PA experience, ideally within financial services Sending out offer and contract confirmation
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
