CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR
A leading UK hair and beauty brand is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to take ownership of the customer service function of the business


CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR ROLE:


  • Responding to all external reviews to ensure high levels of visibly proactive customer service
  • Working with Area Managers, Salon Managers and Front of House where needed to flag and resolve issues
  • Identifying and flagging common issues or trends to the Ops Director and making recommendations to constantly improve service

CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR ESSENTIALS:


  • Minimum 1 year of office experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Positive and highly proactive attitude
