CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR
A leading UK hair and beauty brand is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to take ownership of the customer service function of the business
CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR ROLE:
- Responding to all external reviews to ensure high levels of visibly proactive customer service
- Working with Area Managers, Salon Managers and Front of House where needed to flag and resolve issues
- Identifying and flagging common issues or trends to the Ops Director and making recommendations to constantly improve service
CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR ESSENTIALS:
- Minimum 1 year of office experience
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Positive and highly proactive attitude
