- Offer strategic E&F leadership and management counsel to the Chief Executive and Trust Executive Management Team.
- Lead the development and deployment of comprehensive E&F, Estates, Sustainability, Health & Safety, and Security strategies.
- Supervise significant strategic, capital, and operational projects, including SLA/EFM contracts with partner providers.
- Cultivate strategic alliances with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and system partners to enhance service delivery.
- Uphold and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and national policy compliance, fostering a collaborative culture with clinical teams and service users.
- Hold a Master's level qualification or possess equivalent experience in a technical or E&F discipline.
- Demonstrate leadership and strategic management experience within extensive facilities management, overseeing budgets up to £19m and 230 wte staff.
- Exhibit a proven track record in managing diverse teams across various areas including Estates, Security, Porters, and more.
- Possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
