The role

The CRM Executive will work across end-to-end CRM processes for all clients, including the end-to-end delivery of all CRM communications.

As CRM Executive, you will:

Set up new CRM accounts, including pipelines and marketing automation.
Build reports to optimise campaigns and future customer journeys, supporting with the development of CRM analytics.
Test and implement new campaign ideas.
Support the Product Owner with scenarios that drive retention and LTV.
Ensure sandbox accounts are updated with latest features.
Integrated the CRM with other cloudbased systems.

A CRM Executive should have:

Handson experience with A/B testing and a datadriven approach to campaign optimisation.
A testandlearn mindset.
Basic HTML / CSS skills.
Strong organisation, project management and communication skills.
