    Key Responsibilities:

    Crafting Creative Sourcing Strategies:
    You'll use innovative methods to identify and engage world-class talent

    Running First-Stage Interviews:
    Ensure only the best candidates enter the recruitment process

    Enhancing Candidate Experience:
    Drive our employee brand through consistent communication and feedback

    Coordinating Interviews:
    Work with hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process and prompt feedback

    Owning the Hiring Process:
    Build effective relationships with hiring managers and create processes that will scale as we expand

    Working with HR:
    Understand business needs and align recruitment with our goals

    Headhunting for High-End Roles:
    Find the best of the best to join our team

    Reporting and Analysis:
    Provide insights and feedback through weekly and monthly reports
