Job Title: Investment Associate

Company Overview: We are a rapidly expanding global holding company acquiring B2B software companies worldwide, particularly in the US and Europe. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Investment Associate.

Role Overview: As Investment Associate you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our firm. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our diligence activities and evaluate investment opportunities, establish relationships with founders and ultimately make investment recommendations that guide potential deals to a successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to understand trends and risks.
• Collaborate with the investment team to develop investment theses.
• Participate in the due diligence process, including financial, operational, and legal due diligence.
• Prepare and present investment memorandums and other materials to the investment committee.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, advisors, and potential investee companies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• 1-3 years of working experience. Work and/or internship experience in either a) investment banking or b) VC / private equity / roll-ups.
• Some financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Hungry to work in a competitive environment beyond a "boring 9-5" but be part of a small team that is building something huge.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
