Description

We have a great opportunity based at our Bedford or Kettering campus for a Social Media Coordinator to become a key member of our Marketing department.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

Coordinating The Bedford College Group's social media channels and maintain and grow our social media presence.
Generating organic social media activity and coordinate the sharing of content across the Group.
Planning and implementing content marketing campaigns appropriate to the channel being used to increase brand awareness and engagement across the Group working with other teams to generate content to influence/ improve on targets and KPIs
Monitoring social media channels and respond appropriately to posts and comments, and identify issues that require escalation in line with our procedures.
GCSE Maths and English (grades A* to C) or equivalent
Educated to Level 3, such as A-Level or BTEC Extended Diploma
