We are a leading recruitment agency with an established Tech Division that specializes in four distinct areas: Software, AI, ERP, and Healthcare IT. We are seeking an ambitious and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with expertise in IT or ERP recruitment to join and expand the existing client base.
Job Outline
As a Senior Consultant at Cubiq, your progression path involves establishing your desk and billings, leading to potential routes as an IC biller or advancing to a billing manager role with structured training, support, and guidance from experienced leaders for sustainable growth.
We are in search of 360 consultants ready to take charge and take ownership of their markets/niche. With a strong brand presence in the ERP market and a client base ranging from large consultancies to smaller clients, you will be joining a team of high-performing consultants with a shared vision. Whether focusing on North America or Europe, there are opportunities to advance your career in this major ERP market.
We provide a proven success template, comprehensive management guidance and training, and a supportive network. Our track record demonstrates that individuals with the right attitude can achieve multiple promotions and significantly increase their earnings in a short timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development
- Relationship building
