    Why Choose HOPE (Humanitarian Operations)?

Every employer looks for candidates with experience, and now more than ever the experience must be up to date. What is going to set you apart from the hundreds of other job applicants that apply alongside you? Have you worked on something that is going to drop jaws?

At HOPE we offer the most valuable, differentiating experience available to those looking to begin or advance their chosen careers. We either hire our team members or celebrate the day they get their opportunity to do exactly what they studied for and to excel at what they have experience in doing with us.

Those members of our team that have left to take up employment elsewhere have taken up positions of relative seniority. We help create leaders, as long as you are prepared to work for that goal.

Experience comes in all shapes and sizes, but none like the experience HOPE will offer you. Everything we do uses next generation technology and applications. The work you will be doing is admiral and will allow you to gain a degree of respect from your potential recruitment officer because you will be working on something of charitable necessity. During potential job interviews you will be able to demonstrate your ability by showing published work created as part of a team. This is real experience that will set you apart

    Our Requirement

We are looking for individuals who want to create clothing that matters. We have 10 charitable fashion brands each representing a cause vital to humanity's development. This is not about just creating clothing that looks good, this is about connecting with the person wearing the clothing and bringing out the beauty of the person that will be wearing it and the fact that they want to do something to enrich humanity.

Our clothing for causes is designed in-house, we are looking for illustrators rather than people who want to work on patterns and designs. Are you able to communicate, create interest, to work with a variety of briefs? Our fashion department is highly motivated, they volunteer for HOPE because they care, and they wanted to do well. Many of the interns that come into our fashion department either stay and grow at HOPE or move on to positions they identified as being opportunities would never get prior to joining HOPE.

    About HOPE

Humanitarian Operations (HOPE), was established in 2004 and is dedicated to eradicating educational inequality. Every child in the world should have equal opportunity to become numerate and have the ability to read and type, regardless of their background or nationality, and without prejudice.

This should be done using the latest entertainment technology, thus enabling each lesson to come to life and envelop children, globally for free for those who cannot contribute financially.

We are rapidly growing our team and we are looking for like-minded individuals to bring their skills to push our mission forward. We value teamwork, honesty, and flexibility in the workplace, and create an environment for everyone to flourish.

What is it like to work at HOPE?

At Humanitarian Operations, we do things a little differently. We are done with corporate hierarchies and work in an agile, start-up, fashion. We celebrate everyone's individuality and ideas as exactly what they are: valuable

The work culture at HOPE is collaborative and relaxed. We encourage feedback and support each other to solve problems–always striving to be the best we can be. We are driven by a passion for quality and delivering outstanding products.

We don't believe in micro-management; we believe in supporting everyone to reach their best potential and practise using the most efficient and innovative solutions. HOPE is not just a place of work. It is a place of growth, learning, and development. We are co-creating a new world and having fun whilst doing it. We want to challenge everyone in positive and creative ways every day so we can all evolve together.
