Description
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and tools to attract a diverse candidate pool for vacancies across the organisation. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including recruiting managers, HR business partner, and employment agencies.Manage and monitor the recruitment and selection process lifecycle, from initial job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and recruiting managers.
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, diversity including time-to-fill, quality of recruitment, and cost-per-hire to identify areas of improvement for the recruitment strategies and process.
