- is passionate about culture diversity.

- understands the different barriers and challenges faced by minority groups in our society and the social care system
- is knowledgeable about protected characteristics, understand why they are protected and is able to educate others about them and the legislation around them.
- is able to identify and challenge discrimination in an assertive but collaborative manner
- skilled to raise awareness and facilitate learning in regards EDI
- is able to promote inclusion and influence change in protocols and ways of working.
- is passionate about mental health and helping others
- is able to connect with people who experience disadvantage as well as professionals providing services to them
- can multitask and work well in a clinical professional team with protocols and forms, but also being flexible to adapt to a client's needs and can build meaningful professional relationships

  • We are excited to advertise a new opportunity to join our Specialist Community Forensic Team. SCFT is a Multi-Disciplinary Team that focus on support people in secure mental health hospitals in their transition to the community. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion are central to our work.
