My client is a reputable, regional firm with multiple offices.

Due to successful growth, they are looking to hire a fee-earning Paralegal for a strong Court of Protection team, bassed in Sheffield.

  • Advising on general Court of Protection, Deputyship and Trust matters.
  • Form and maintain longterm relationships, with frequent contact.
  • Managing client assets, income and expenditure (cash, property, investments).
  • Issuing payments on behalf of, clients, overseeing budgets, dealing with advisors in relation to financial and investment matters.
About you


We are looking for someone who has worked in a fee earning capacity within a private practice, managing a busy case load.

We will consider individuals who have experience in the following areas of law

  • Court of Protection
  • Trusts
  • Personal injury
  • Clinical or Medical Negligence
