**Senior Graduate Development Advisor - 12 month FTC
London
£48,000 - £55,000**My client, a London-based global firm working with some of the world's leading businesses, is currently recruiting a Senior Graduate Development Advisor to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis.

The Senior Graduate Development Advisor will manage and run all early careers development and HR matters.

Managing seat rotations, liaising with the Trainees on their preferred seats
Managing wellbeing and mental health matters
Dealing with ER and performance management, working closely with Line Managers, advising on best practice and difficult conversations
Offering mentoring, support and guidance to the Early Careers population
Dealing with qualifications, including the SQE
Being a main contact and trusted advisor for both Line Manager's and Employees within the Early Careers space
