Are you looking for a new challenge has a Registered Manager? Then look no further

We are recruiting for a RM to manage supported living, residential services and domiciliary care in both the community and in people's own homes, for people with learning disabilities and mental health problems.

Your team will be providing a person-centred approach to the people you support.

The Registered Manager role will be covering teams in Bridgwater, Taunton and Yeovil. You'll have support from Service Managers within these teams.

You'll be accountable for delivery of support packages,
You'll lead by example and demonstrating safe, effective working practices as well as actively mentoring and developing all colleagues.
You'll be accountable for budgets within your network.
You'll be maintaining and developing relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
You'll be committed to continuous improvement in service delivery,

About you

You will have:

Experience Supporting people with Mental Health Needs
Experience working as a Registered Care Manager
NVQ/QCF Level 4/5 equivalent in a Health and Social Care Domain or Willingness to complete
Understanding of the Care Quality Commission's Fundamental Standards
Understanding of safeguarding adults legislation and processes
